Site Manager - Dewsbury

About you

If you're a Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and likes being involved from strip out through to handover, this is a role worth looking at.

You'll be joining a six week office fit out project in Dewsbury, managing the refurbishment of an office into a modern physiotherapy facility. It is a well planned scheme with a clear programme of works, giving you the opportunity to focus on delivering a quality finish while keeping the project running safely and efficiently.

You'll be confident managing subcontractors, communicating with the client and making sure work progresses as planned.

Your experience

You'll have experience working as a Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects.

To be considered you'll need:

CSCS Card

SMSTS

First Aid

Experience managing multiple trades on site

Experience delivering commercial fit out projects

Experience using Procore would be preferred, although it is not essential if you have worked with similar project management software.

What you will be doing with your experience

You'll be responsible for the day to day management of a six week project involving the strip out of an existing office before overseeing the complete fit out into a physiotherapy facility.

The works include flooring, decorating, mechanical and electrical installations, partitioning and a new kitchen area. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage health and safety, monitor progress against programme and ensure the quality of work remains high throughout the project.

You'll be the key person on site, making sure the project is delivered safely, on time and to the expected standard.
